Join our nurturing pregnancy yoga and relaxation sessions, designed to support you from 12 weeks onwards. these classes blend gentle movement biomechanics and breath work to prepare your body for birth while HypnoBirthing techniques help cultivate and calm a positive mindset. Connect deeply with your baby, build confidence in your birthing journey and gain valuable birth knowledge in a warm welcoming space. Beyond movement these sessions foster friendship and community ensuring you feel supported every step of the way. I teach in blocks of six though if you are coming to the end of your pregnancy I do offer pay as you go links please get in contact for more information.
If you are away and know you will miss a session, PLEASE LET ME KNOW ON BOOKING and we can arrange another class for you to make up your missed session.
If you do miss a session due to your own unforeseen circumstances your welcome to make up the class within the six weeks at another venue. I’m very easy going, but we can discuss as and when this may happen.
